Our client, a passionate vinyl collector and music lover, wanted a media cabinet that could serve as the centrepiece of the room.
The Approach:
Our team designed a custom cabinet that was both visually striking and functionally perfect for a true audiophile. With careful attention to scale and proportion, the unit was crafted to the exact dimensions required to give the room a balanced and stylish focal point. The design prioritised the music experience, with sound quality and accessibility at the forefront of our thinking.
We intentionally left space beside the cabinet for the client’s premium speakers, ensuring they were optimally placed for sound distribution. On the top surface, we crafted an area dedicated to the record player and slots for both 7-inch and 12-inch records, allowing the client to keep their current favourite records within arm’s reach for easy perusal. This feature enables the client to effortlessly swap records as they enjoy hours of listening, celebrating their passion in a hands-on and engaging way.
